HTC don't knows how to make cheap phones. 2013 will be the year smartphones under 200 euros and they really have no representative in this category. We need a comprehensive approach for each segment: low-cost, mid-range and high-end. Learn from experience that brings the design of the Samsung Galaxy S4 to cheap smartphones. HTC Sensation was a success and from there then seem not to find the positive trend.I think HTC has a say in the telecom domain. Competition is more aggressive than a few years and have to adjust on the fly.
