Meet the new Google Maps

                                                          New update Google Maps

On the first day of the conference Google I / O, the company presented the changes that will make to Google Maps. This is the biggest change from the 2005 launch of the service, and it will be found both in the browser interface and applications for mobile platforms. One major change is switching to full vector maps, which are used by versions for phones and tablets almost two years, but have only now come to the web version. This change promises superior performance during loading and resizing and better visibility for the smaller details such as side streets, but for the benefit of all this, the user will need to use WebGL accelerated version.
Google Maps and Google Earth, will enabling users to admire a 3D environment more complex than currently offered, which includes significant buildings and images within them.  The navigation services have been improved, allowing the calculation of several trails, routes and durations for comparing several means of transport and, if mobile versions, and recalculation based on traffic intensity.
Applications for Android and iOS platforms will get the update and will be launched in this summer.
